There are different types of oils for kitchen use: ginger oil, sunflower refined, olive oil, groundnut oil, sesame oil etc., So while preparing food, use the oil which will suit the purpose. Olive oil is good for people who have heart problems. Having food with a correct amount of oil itself will make one feel better. Addition of jaggery in milk instead of white sugar makes milk delicious and also healthier.
