Ingredients required:

 

Extra virgin olive oil, 1 red bell pepper, flour, garlic 1 or 2, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, chicken broth, breakfast sausage about 1 pound, scallions about 3, 1 and a half cup of milk, salt, spices and pepper

Procedure:

In a pan put some olive oil and heat it on medium flame. After few minutes add sausage to it and cook until it turns brown. Once sausage is properly cooked, remove it and place it in a plate. In a cooking pot add scallion whites and add bell peppers to it. Add salt and pepper according to your taste. Stir it and cook for about 5-7 minutes. Ingredients required:

Extra virgin olive oil, pork sausage around 500gms, finely chopped capsicum, 2 onions, garlic around 3-4, basils, tomatoes, chicken cubes around 2, red wine vinegar 2 tablespoons, sugar 2 teaspoons,  some garlic bread, and parmesan shaved ones.

Procedure:

Put some olive oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. Add sausage to the oil and cook it until it turns completely brown. Once it is cooked transfer it to a plate and allow it to cool. In a pan add some oil, capsicum, and onions. Cook them together until they become a bit soft. Further, add some garlic and basil to it. Cook it for 1-2 minutes. Add chicken cubes, sugar, vinegar, tomatoes and some water to it. Cook it on a very low flame. Take sausage which you have already cooked and added it to the pan.
